Fan function
The oven thermostat and warning lights will switch on and the upper and lower heating elements as well
as the fan will start to operate. This function is suitable for baking muffins. The baking process is carried
out by the upper and lower heating elements inside the oven and by the fan, which distributes the air,
giving a slight grilling touch to the food.
It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Bottom heating and fan function
The oven thermostat and warning lights will turn on and the bottom heating element and fan will start to
operate. This function is ideal for baking food, such as pizzas, evenly and in a short time. The fan evenly
distributes the heat from the oven, while the lower heating element cooks the food. It is recommended to
preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Grill function
The oven thermostat and warning indicators will light up and the grill heating element will start to ope-
rate. This function is used to toast and grill food on the top of the oven. Apply a little oil on the grill with a
brush to prevent the food from sticking and place the food in the centre of the grill. A tray should always
be placed under the food to catch any drips of oil or grease.
It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Note: When cooking with the grill, the oven door must be closed and the oven temperature must be set
to 190 °C.
Double Grill Function
The oven thermostat and warning lights will come on and the upper heating elements and the grill will
start to operate. This function is used for faster grilling and for grilling foods that have a large surface
area, e.g. meat. Use the upper oven racks. Apply a little oil to the grill with a brush to prevent the food
from sticking and place the food in the centre of the grill. Always place a tray under the food to catch
any drips of oil or grease. It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
