Furniture is often coated with varnishes or plastics
which are cleaned with a wide range of cleaning
agents. Some of these cleaning agents contain ingre-
dients which might damage the material of the device
feet and cause them to soften.
If necessary, place an non-slip mat underneath.
. Storing the device when not in use
If you do not intend to use the devices over a longer period of time, disconnect
them from mains power and store in a cool, dry place.
Ensure that the devices are protected from dust, dirt, moisture and extreme tem-
perature variations.
. Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
Never attempt to repair the devices yourself. If a repair is necessary, please con-
tact our Service Centre or a suitable authorised repair workshop.

Troubleshooting
Check that the correct cables have been used
or the Bluetooth® connection is active. Pair the
devices again, if necessary.
Check all cable connections for damage.
Check that all the connected devices have an
adequate electricity supply.
Check whether the (HDMI) cable used supports
the required functions/formats. Use another ca-
ble, if necessary.
Check the volume setting on the audio output
device. If necessary, increase the volume.
Change the position of the soundbar to avoid
interference from external sources.
Move the objects responsible for the distortion
(mobile phone or similar) away from the device.
