Fresh juice should be consumed immediately (or within 24 hours) for maximum nutrition and safety.
Since the juice is unpasteurized (unlike store-bought juice with less nutritional value), it loses its
nutrients quickly and begins to oxidize. It is NOT recommended to make large batches of juice and
store it for future consumption.

Disassemble and remove components from base before washing.
•
Keep the auger and juicing compartment together when removing to help prevent juice from
leaking onto base.
•
Wash all components immediately after each use for best results. Allowing pulp to dry onto
components will make it harder to clean and may negatively impact the performance of the juicer.
•
Always turn off appliance and remove plug from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
Never immerse base unit in water or other liquids. To clean base, wipe with a damp cloth. Never
•
use harsh cleaners, abrasive sponges, or scrub the exterior.
•
Clean the juicing assembly, metal straining sieve, and squeezing auger using the cleaning brush to
remove pulp residue. NEVER use an abrasive cleaner or sharp object to clean components.
•
All components are top rack dishwasher safe; wipe-clean the base.
•
Occasionally, a deeper cleaning of the juicer compartment silicone seal ring may be necessary to
remove pulp.
•
To do this, turn upside down and push the silicone seal ring out with your thumb. Clean throughly.
•
After cleaning, reinsert silicone seal ring. The wide, flat side of the seal should be on the INSIDE
and the ribbed side should be on the OUTSIDE.
•
Make sure all parts are dried thoroughly before storing.
