SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding
and side of the bassinet, and
• On soft bedding.
Use ONLY the assembled mattress
pad provided by Century. NEVER
add a pillow, comforter, toys or
another mattress for padding.
• Product can roll over on soft
surfaces and suffocate child. Never
place product on beds, sofas,
cushions, or other soft surfaces.
Failure to follow these warnings and the
