the sandpaper.
Attention! If there is a blockage during work
sanding disc (4) or sanding belt (13), remove your
workpiece and wait for the machine to reach maxi-
mum speed again.
Dust extraction connection
The machine is equipped with a suction nozzle (10).
When processing heavily dusty materials, connect
dust extraction.
Grinding of facets and edges
The work table can be adjusted continuously from 0
° to 45 °.
To do this, loosen the locking screw (8).
Bring the work table to the desired inclination. Atten-
tion: The work table should not be more than 1.6 mm
away from the sanding disc (4), even when it is incli-
ned! Tighten the locking screw (8) again.
Grinding of faces with a transverse stop
The supplied cross stop (6) facilitates precise grin-
ding. Using the transverse stop (6), the grinding angle
can be additionally set to tilt the grinding table (7). We
recommend its use when sanding (short) faces.
Horizontal and vertical grinding
You can use your grinder horizontally or vertically.
The work table can be meaningfully used for both.
Loosen the Allen screw (12).
Move the sanding belt (13) upwards to the desired
position. Tighten the Allen screw (12) again to fix this
position.
Sanding surfaces on a sanding belt
Hold the workpiece firmly. Watch your fingers! Danger
of injury!
Guide the workpiece evenly over the sanding belt (13)
and press it firmly against the stop bar (14). Caution:
Special care is required when sanding particularly thin
or long materials (or even without a stop bar (14)).
The pressure must never be too strong for the abra-
ded material to be transported
away from the sanding belt (13).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Pull out the appliance before working on it
always the mains plug from the socket.
Wipe the machine with a cloth from time to time to
remove chips and dust. Lubricate rotating parts once
a month to extend tool life. However, do not oil the
engine. Do not use any corrosive substances to clean
plastic parts.
Dust may accumulate in the belt and disc grinders.
Check the dust regularly (preferably after each use)
and remove it, for example, by blowing or carefully
using compressed air.
Long-term storage decommissioning
Do not store the grinder in a place where the tempe-
rature is high.
If possible, store the machine in a place with a con-
stant temperature and humidity.

Protection class II / (double insulation)
Sound pressure level measured according to EN
60745:
LpA (sound pressure) 88,7 dB (A) KpA=3
LWA (sound power) 99,7 dB (A) KwA=3
Take appropriate measures to protect your hearing!
Wear hearing protection whenever the sound pressure
exceeds the level of 80 dB (A).
Weighted effective acceleration according to EN
60745:
6,94 m/s2 K=1.5
Caution: The vibration level may vary during power
tool operation from the declared value depending on
the way the power tool is used and depending on the
following conditions: Method of power tool use and
type of material being cut or drilled, conditions of the
power tool and method of its maintenance, appro-
priateness of the used accessories and ensuring its
sharpness and good conditions, the strength of handle
gripping, use of anti-vibration equipment, suitability of
the power tool for the purpose for which it has been
designed and compliance with workflows according to
manufacturer's instructions.
If this power tool is used in an inappropriate manner, a
hand/shoulder vibration syndrome may appear.
Caution: For clarification, it is necessary to consider
the level of vibrations in specific conditions of use in all
operating modes, e.g. the time when the power tool is
switched off except for the operation time, and when
it idles, i.e. performs no work. This may substantially
decrease the exposition level during the whole operat-
ing cycle.
Minimize the risk of vibrations, use sharp chisels, drill
and blades.
Keepthe power toolin compliancewith theseinstruc-
tions and provide for its proper lubrication.
When using the power tool regularly, invest into anti-
vibration equipment.
Do not use the power tool under temperatures lower
than 10°C. Plan your project containing work with the
power tool producing high vibrations carefully and
spread it over more days.
Subject to changes.
