Does not impact correctly
Works alone
Moisture blown out of tool
SODISE 85 Route de Pont Gwin 29510 Briec FRANCE
Possible causes
1. Presence of dust in the
engine block
2. Air pressure too low
3. Lack of oil
4. Worn ball bearings
1. Lack of lubrication
2. Regulator in wrong position
3. Low pressure
4. Worn impact mechanism
Wear of parts
1. Trigger mechanism
2. The valve stem cannot be
removed
3. Deformed or dirty ball
4. Damaged spring
1. Presence of water in the
tank
2. Presence of water in the
air pipe
Corrective action
1. Introduce diesel oil through the air inlet to
clean the engine block, and then add
recommended engine oil to lubricate it
(SAE#10)
2. Check the air compressor used and adjust
the compressor regulator.
3. Lubricate with engine (SAE#10) or sewing
machine oil.
4. Replace ball bearings
1. Lubricate the tool
2. Adjust the regulator to a correct position
3. Check the air inlet pressure, correct level
6.3 bars
4. Replace parts
Disassemble the tool and replace worn parts.
Replace defective parts
1. Dry the tank, oil the tool and run until the
presence of water is no longer detected. Oil
the tool again and operate for 1-2 seconds.
2. Install a filter to retain the water.
NOTE: for the filter to be effective, the air used
must be cold. Install the filter as far away from
the compressor as possible.
