Instructions for Use
1. Safety Before Use
• Read carefully: Before using the fryer, read all safety instructions.
• Stable surface: Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant, stable surface.
• Avoid contact with water: Do not immerse cord, plug or unit in water or
other liquids.
• Indoor Use: The fryer is designed for indoor use only.
2. Main Components
• Food basket: Where the food to be fried is placed.
• Drip tray: Collects excess oil and crumbs.
• Digital control panel: Allows you to adjust the temperature, time and select
preset programs.
• Basket handle: For safe removal and insertion of the food basket.
3. Before First Use
1. Initial cleaning: Wash the food basket and drip tray with warm, soapy wa-
ter. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Turn on: Plug the fryer into a suitable electrical outlet.
3. Heating cycle: Run the empty fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes to re-
move any manufacturing residue.
4. Cooking Food
1. Preheat: Press the power button and set the desired temperature. Allow
the fryer to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
2. Prepare food: Place food in the basket, making sure it is evenly distributed
and do not overload the basket.
3. Place the basket: Insert the basket into the fryer.
4. Adjusting temperature and time:
• Use the control panel to adjust the temperature and time according to the
needs of the food.
• You can also select a preset program if your model includes one.
5. Cooking: Press the start button to begin cooking. The fryer may beep
when the process is complete.
6. Check and shake: Halfway through cooking, remove the basket and shake
the food to ensure even cooking. Reinsert the basket to continue.
7. Finish: Once the cooking time is over, remove the basket carefully using
the handle. Be careful with hot steam.
5. After Use
• Turn off the fryer: Unplug the fryer from the electrical outlet.
• Allow to cool: Allow the fryer to cool completely before cleaning.
• Cleaning: Wash the basket and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Wipe the
inside and outside of the fryer with a damp cloth.
