This heating pad has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a
safety feature. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

1. Connect the control connector to the pad connector. Push both parts together to
secure the fit (Fig. 1).
NOTE: Before plugging unit into the outlet, the controller must be connected to the
heating pad.
2. Plug unit into an AC 120-volt electrical outlet (Fig. 2).
3. Place heating pad on the desired area of the body (Fig. 3).
4. Press power
button to turn on heating pad and activate the warm heat setting.
5. Press power
button to toggle between warm, low, medium, and high heat
settings until you reach your desired setting (Fig. 4).
6. Push power
button until the unit has turned off and unplug the unit from the
outlet to store.

AUTO-OFF FEATURE:
• Your controller is equipped with an auto-off safety feature. This feature helps to
conserve energy by automatically turning off after 2 hours of continuous use.
• The auto-off indicator light will flash to indicate the unit has turned off.
HOW TO USE MOIST THERAPY
The moist heat option provides a deeper penetrating heat for pain relief. Follow
the instructions below for moist heat therapy.
1. Dampen the inner side of the heating pad with water by patting the surface
with a wet cloth or sponge or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. DO NOT
soak the pad.
2. DO NOT wet the pad connector or electrical cord.
DANGER: DO NOT IMMERSE THE PAD OR WIRING IN WATER OR PLACE UNDER
RUNNING WATER. Please make sure electrical components are fully dry before
making an electrical connection.
