Operation
Warming up baby bottles:
Fill the warming container with water up
to the level mark.
Place the bottle in the warming container.
Turn the temperature control knob to the
bottle symbol.
Insert the plug into a wall socket; the
heating process begins and the indicator
light will come on during the warm-up
and keep-warm functions.
Warming up baby-food glass jars:
Remove the lid from the glass jar
containing the baby food.
Fill the warming container with suffi cient
water, depending on the size of the glass
jar.
Pull up the lift -out holder, then place
the glass jar into the holder and lower it
carefully into the container. Make sure
that the water does not fl ow over the top
of the container. If necessary, pour out
excess water.
Turn the temperature control knob to the
jar symbol.
Insert the plug into a wall socket; the
heating process begins and the indicator
light will come on during the warm-up
and keep-warm functions.
Once the pre-set temperature level is
reached, the indicator light goes out. Th e
baby food should now be immediately
removed from the warming container.
Switch off the unit by removing the plug
from the wall socket.
To
ensure
distribution through the baby food during
the warming process, the baby bottle or
glass jar should be shaken or stirred at
regular intervals.
Do not overheat the baby food. Before
feeding it to the child, the temperature
of the food must be carefully checked,
e.g. on the back of the hand.
General Care and Cleaning
Always remove the plug from the wall
socket and allow the bottle warmer to cool
down suffi ciently before cleaning. Pour
an
even
temperature
out the water aft erwards.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the bottle warmer with water and do
not immerse it in water.
Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning
solutions or hard brushes for cleaning.
Th e appliance may be cleaned with a
slightly damp, clean cloth. Th e lift -out
holder can be removed for cleaning.
During periods of non-use, the power
cord may be wound up underneath the
appliance.
Disposal
Do not dispose of old or defective
appliances in domestic garbage;
this should only be done through
public collection points.
Guarantee
Th is product is guaranteed against defects
in materials and workmanship for a period
of two years from the date of purchase.
Under this guarantee the manufacturer
undertakes to repair or replace any parts
found to be defective, providing the product
is returned to one of our authorised service
centres. Th is guarantee is only valid if the
appliance has been used in accordance with
the instructions, and provided that it has not
been modifi ed, repaired or interfered with
by any unauthorised person, or damaged
through misuse.
Th is guarantee naturally does not cover wear
and tear, nor breakables such as glass and
ceramic items, bulbs etc. Th is guarantee does
not aff ect your statutory rights, nor any legal
rights you may have as a consumer under
applicable national legislation governing
the purchase of goods. If the product fails
to operate and needs to be returned, pack it
carefully, enclosing your name and address
and the reason for return. If within the
guarantee period, please also provide the
guarantee card and proof of purchase.
