The following table shows the mode to proceed to detect and resolve any incidents shown:
Error on the control
Temperature sensor

Battery failure
Ice danger heat recovery Exhaust air temperature 1ºC
Fan failure
Dirty fi lters
Operating time
Possible causes
Disconnected sensor
faulty sensor.
DC MODELS: outside air tempe-
rature (T
) and water coil (T
oda
inferior to 10ºC.
DI MODELS: Electrical battery
temperature too high: Open
thermal protector
The / fans are not running (open
thermal protector motor).
Dirty fi lters.
Operating time between services
(for Default 6.000 h).
how to proceed
Check that the sensor is correctly wired.
Otherwise it is probably damaged, so must be
replaced.
DC MODELS: Wait until the weather conditions
)
allow the use of the unit. To reset the error, turn
water
on and turn off the unit using the handset.
DI MODELS: Wait until the fans have stopped
completely. Turn off the unit by handset and wait
for the equipment cool (automatic reset thermal
protector). Re-starting it.
If the error persists is probably because you
skipped the manual thermal protector, so it will
be necessary to reset it (see Fig.1)
The necessary action is taken automatically by the
controller.
Turn off the unit using the handset and wait for the
equipment (automatic reset thermal protector).
Re-start it.
It is necessary to substitute the fi lters.
Carry out programmed maintenance.
