ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make sure that all
of the pieces are there, Fig.1:

1. ATTACHING HANDLEBAR.-
Place the handlebar (56) on the mast (83), pass
the cables through the handlebar, and tighten the
screws (150) with washers (95) (28). Fig.3. Place
the top cover (124) and lower cover (127) onto the
handle bar (130) and secure with screws (142) and
(143).
2. FITTING THE STABILISER, PEDAL
AND SEAT.-
Position the seat (87) onto the main body (1) and
secure it with the nuts included.
Tighten the pedals left (L) and right (R). There is a
small L or R for left and right on the bottom of the
pedals. Secure the rubber foot straps.
Place the stabilizer cover (93) on the front
stabalizer bar (91) and secure it with screws (15).
Screw in the adjustable feet (92) at the bottom of
the stabilizer bar (91). Attach the stabilizer set to
the main body with the screws (94) and washers
(95). Repeat the above steps for the rear stabilizer
bar. Fig.4

ATTACHING THE MAIN POST.-
Take hold of the main post (83) and bring it up to
the tube on the main body (1). Connect the cables,
sticking out of the bottom of the post, with cables
coming up out of the top of the tube on the main
body (1), Fig.5, Slide the main post over the tube
on the main body making sure not to snag any of
the cables. Check that the cables are connected
correctly by spinning the pedals until the monitor
starts to operate.
Once you have checked that it works, line up the
holes of the main post to the body and insert
screws (149) along with flat washers (28) and
grower washers (95) and secure the main post.

ATTACHING THE FRONT TRIM COVER.-
Attach the trim cover (40) by sliding it onto the side
tubes, see Fig.6. Next, take screw (112) and
secure the cover by tightening the screw.
Next, remove screws (116), from the main post
(83), Fig.6, position the bottle holder and secure it
by using the screws removed previously.
Fix the monitor cover (60) with screws (3) on the
soporte of monitor.

ATTACHING THE TOP TRIM COVER.-
Position the top trim cover (34) on top of the side
tubes, see Fig.6, slide the cover forward, inserting
it into the two slots on the main body (1) then
position it on the saddle post in the direction of the
arrow.

ATTACHING THE REAR TRIM COVER.-
Having completed the previous steps, take the rear
cover (36) and position it on the saddle post, as
shown in the direction of the arrow Fig.7., and
screw it to the top trim cover and the saddle post
using screws (137).

. ATTACHING CENTRAL COVERS
Take the back cover (59) and front cover (58),
position them on the main post (83) Fig.7. And
then finally tighten the screws (140).
8. FITTING THE MONITOR.-
Next, connect terminals, sticking out of the handlebar
(83), and terminal (B), sticking out of the monitor (H),
Fig.8.
Place the monitor (H) on top of the plate on the main
post (83), as shown in Fig.8, making sure not to pinch
the wires.
Use screws (137) to hold the monitor in place, Fig.8.
Place the rear monitor cover with screws.
9
. ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle height control knob (19),
Fig.7, by turning it counter-clockwise. Pull out the
saddle control knob and adjust the saddle height.
When the saddle is at your desired postion release
the knob, it should it into position.
