Insert your guitar into either one of these inputs. The LOW input will
give you more clean headroom and the HIGH will give you more gain.
This controls the preamp volume and will determine the amount of
preamp distortion. For a clean sound, the knob should be set some-
where before 12 o'clock and for more distortion... crank it!

This controls the low frequencies in your sound—from thin and light
when turned down (counter clockwise) to warm and fat when turned
up full (clockwise) and all points in-between.
When set to COOL mode the Top Boost channel operates in tradi-
tional fashion with the TREBLE and BASS controls activated and
when set to HOT mode, the tone controls are bypassed providing a
substantial gain boost. HOT mode must be engaged for the footswitch
to work.
