BEFORE USING YOUR COFFEE MAKER
Check that all accessories are complete and the unit is
not damaged. To clean the interior of the appliance, fill
water into the water tank to the maximum level on the
water gauge and brew water several times without
coffee powder, discarding the brewed water. Clean and
dry all detachable parts thoroughly according to the
section "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE"
USING YOUR COFFEE MAKER
1. Open the top cover and fill the water tank with cold
drinking water
NOTE: Do not fill the water tank with water to exceed
max level as indicated on water gauge. The appliance
can brew a maximum of 5 cups of coffee on every
brewing cycle.
2. Place the funnel into the funnel holder, make sure
the funnel is assembled in place, and then put the filter
or a paper filter into funnel correctly.
3. Add coffee powder into the filter or paper filter.
Usually each cup of coffee needs a level spoon of
coffee powder, but you may adjust according to
personal taste, and then replace the top cover.
4. Insert the glass carafe with lid in place onto the
warming plate horizontally; making sure the center line
of the carafe aligns with that of the funnel.
5. Plug the unit into an outlet.
6. Press the power switch to the "I" position, the
indicator light will be illuminated and the appliance
will begin working. The brewing process can be
interrupted by pressing the switch to the "O" position
at any time and the indicator light will go off,
indicating that your coffee maker is off. Once the
switch is pressed again to the "I" position, the
appliance will continue brewing.
