Assembly and operating instructions
for certain components
Drawer and suitcase modules as well as
shelf cabinets
These and similarly designed components are con-
nected with the provided attachment material.
Foldable work benches MWKL and MWKS
Work benches are connected to the vehicle
■
floor using the vehicle equipment block.
The MADWK adapter (Art. 0963545515) is
■
required for the MWKL workbench, together with
a vice and rotating plate at a set-up height of
more than 940 mm, in order to create sufficient
distance with the vehicle equipment block.
Extendable work bench MAW
The extendable work bench can be used in
■
the right and left side of the vehicle and is con-
nected to the undercarriage using the provided
attachment set. To permit simplified assembly,
the front area is equipped with tapped holes.
In this regard, screw connections need to be
additionally secured. Various components can
be mounted onto the MAW. Longer substructures
require matching MADAW adapters in order to
facilitate further construction over the MAW at
the same level. Always secure the work bench
with the intended devices.
Rotatable work bench MWD380
The rotatable work bench can be inserted in the
■
vehicle's right and left side (mounted on right
side during manufacture). The workbench can
be installed as a substructure with the integrated
extendable work bench (saes 70 mm in height)
as a single unit. The work surface can be fully
extended using the bench vice and rotated by
180° to be inserted flush into the substructure.
Always secure the work bench with the intended
devices!

Work surface MAP
The work surface features a raised edge and is
■
connected using the provided wooden screws.
The required 8.5 mm boreholes must be marked
■
according to the hole patterns of the compo-
nents concerned.
Take boreholes for the vice into
consideration.
For assembly, the carriage bolts are driven into
■
the wood from above and secured from below
with washers and nuts.
Vice PS120 and rotary plate DT120
The vice is attached to the work surface or work
■
bench with M10 x 60/70 carriage bolts.
Storage shelves MLR/MLKR, storage boxes
and storage box shelves MLBR/MLKR
The side parts of storage shelves, storage boxes
■
and storage box shelves are connected to the
respectively underlying components with the use
of the intended boreholes.
Per attachment, use one screw, one nut and two
■
washers from the provided attachment set.
Every component must have screw connections
■
on at least four points. If possible, the compo-
nents must be laterally connected at two points
each.
Adapter pair MADL
The adapter pairs serve height adjustment pur-
■
poses as well as for enlarging the access heights
on storage shelves. They are screwed onto the
side parts of the respective components.
We advise against linking several
adapters together, as this may lead to
a reduction in overall stability. If a
higher adapter is required, your
WÜRTH consultant will be able to offer
you an individual solution.
