Assembly of the long-components

We recommend assembling the long-compo-
■
nents tray directly onto the respective WÜRTH
equipment components. Where this is impos-
sible, assemble the LW to the side wall of the
vehicle with the help of the intended assembly
brackets MWLR.
The assembly brackets can be shaped as
■
required via concentric trimming. Connect the
bracket with a previously drilled hole featuring
a diameter of 8.5 mm to the reinforcing plate
welded to the lower side.
Attachment to the side panel follows Chapter
■
Mounting on side panels in these As-
sembly Instructions.
Once the mounting brackets are attached to the
■
vehicle side panel (at least three per long-com-
ponents tray), the LW is placed on the brackets,
aligned and fixated (e.g. with screw clamps).
Drill and seal the attachment holes (at least two
■
per bracket).
Screw the LW to the brackets using the provided
■
attachment material.
For additional load safety, we
recommend the lashing strap SG45
(Art. 0963 80 209).

Regular maintenance and care is indispensable for
the value retention and functionality of your vehicle
equipment.
Keep moving parts clean and lubricate regu-

larly.
Secure aggressive liquids and gases against

leakage or escape.
The components are only resistant to
aggressive media to a certain extent.
Check the equipment's attachment regularly.

For your own protection, keep the equipment
■
clean and secure loaded goods.
