-Follow the instructions in the pressure regulator section to open the
lid once the cooking has been stopped.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

-Before cleaning, press the OFF button to turn the unit off and discon-
nect from the mains.
-Leave the device to cool down before cleaning it.
-Do not use abrasive cleaners or products that could damage the
device.
-Wash the inner body with a damp cloth.
-NEVER immerse the device in water.
-Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleansers to avoid
damaging the non stick inside coating.
-To clean the cover lock, press it from the outside and once is com-
pletely expanded clean it with soapy water (be careful not losing the
bolt as it will be completely released when the silicone tip is taken out
and therefore, can fall easily)
-The steam release valve can also be removed for cleaning by gently
pushing it upwards. Pressing from the inside of the cover, the inner pro-
tection of the security valve will be released. Both pieces can be clea-
ned with plenty of soapy water to remove any leftovers from the time
of cooking. Once the pieces have been cleaned and dried, reinsert
them back properly.
-Take the steamer basket out pushing carefully upwards and clean it
with water. After cleaning, reinsert it properly.
-When not in use, store the device in a dry place, make sure the devi-
ce is cool off at the time of storage.
-It is recommended to oil the inner body with a cloth every two or
three months.
