Safety Instructions
Always check for possible faults or damage prior to using the panel hoist.
Carefully inspect the chain. A chain in bad condition may break and cause injuries.
Allow the device to stabilize to working room temperature before use. Sudden temperature changes (e.g.
from cold to hot) could affect the proper operation of the winch brake.
Always use the panel hoist in a safe environment. Avoid obstacles.
For your safety, always wear a helmet and safety glasses.
Only use the device for its intended purpose, i.e. lifting panels.
Always lock the wheels to avoid unwanted movement of the panel hoist.
Do not use the hoist when the locking springs are not in place.
Remove the safety brakes prior to lowering the cradle.
Always hold the wheel when removing the brake in order to lower the cradle in a safe way.
Only hoist one panel at a time.
The maximum load of this panel hoist is 40 kg.

Operation
To hoist, turn the wheel in a clockwise direction. Insert the pin locks to secure the cradle.
Lower the cradle as follows:
Hold the wheel with your left hand. Slightly turn the wheel in a clockwise direction and simultaneously push
the brake handle upwards to remove the brake.
Warning: The hoist will automatically lower after releasing the brake. It is important to hold the wheel in
order to lower the hoist in a safe way.
To lower the cradle completely, remove the pin locks.
Secure the panel with the hooks on the ends of the cradle.
Make sure to insert the pin locks prior to hoisting.
