Faulty switches or wiring.
Faulty power cord.
Building circuit breaker tripped.
Overheated pump.
Faulty solution pump.
Faulty solenoid.
Faulty switch.
Loose or broken wiring.
Vacuum motor thermal overload
tripped.
Loose or broken wiring.
Faulty Vacuum/Pump switch.
Defective vacuum motor.
Worn carbon brushes.
Brush motor circuit breaker tripped.
Brush/Spray button not pushed.
Faulty brush motor.
Loose or broken brush belt.
Faulty switch or wiring.
Loose drain hose plug.
Clogged float shut–off screen.
Air leakage around recovery dome.
Loose vacuum hose connections.
Defective vacuum hose.
Loose vacuum hose cuffs.
Pulling machine too fast.
Dirty or plugged spray tips.
Improper spray tip size or spray angle. Replace with proper tips.
Worn spray tips.
Solution tank low or empty.
Faulty solution pump.
Plugged solution tank filter.

Determine cause and wait 20 minutes
for pump to cool.

off screen.
Tighten recovery dome knobs or
replace gaskets.
Secure connections.

Refill solution tank.

Clean filter.
