Troubleshooting
Problem
LED R (Fill water
tank) lights up.

and brewing is not
possible.

Cause
There is not enough water in
the water tank.
The float in the water tank is
stuck.
The water tank is not inserted
correctly.
There is a fault on the
machine.
The descaling process is
running.
The appliance needs to be
descaled.
Even decalcified water
contains low amounts of
calcium carbonate.
Appliance must be descaled
urgently.
There is a problem with the
voltage of the power supply.
Solution
Fill the tank with cold, fresh water as far as
the a mark. Reinsert the water tank.
Clean the water tank and free the float.
Check that the water tank is correctly
inserted.
Unplug the mains plug. Please contact the
TASSIMO careline.
Wait until the descaling process is
complete.

Unplug the appliance and then plug back in
again. If the problem persists for a lengthy
