erating pressure.
- Remove adhesive fragment or sawdust.

• Check if the staples are bent in softer wood.

- Carry out a suitable stapling test and check if
the thrust plunger protrudes from the nose of
the plunger guide
- Check if the thrust plunger tip is excessively
worn or not.
If the thrust plunger does not protrude from the
plunger guide, replace the guide.
INCORRECT ADJUSTMENT OF ENTRY DEPTH
- Carry out a suitable stapling test and check if
the thrust plunger protrudes from the nose of
the plunger guide
• Check if the thrust plunger tip is excessively
worn or not.
- Adjustment of the guide plate to a suitable posi-
tion.
DEFECTIVE PISTON RING (WEARED OR BRO-
KEN). INTERNAL SURFACE OF WEARED OR RUG-
GED CYLINDER.
- Disassemble the outlet unit and check the in-
ternal and external surfaces of the piston ring
and the cylinder.
Replace the defective parts.
WRISTED TIP OF PUSHING PAD
Carry out a suitable test and verify if the tip is
worn or not. Replace.
WEAR IN THE SLOT OF THE GUIDE OF THE GUIDE
OF THE PACKAGING
Check wear on the plunger guide. Replace.
MATERIAL OF THE WORKPIECE VERY HARD
Stop, do not use the tool.
