Use the cart and accessories in accordance with these instruc-
tions and in the manner intended, taking into account the working
conditions. Use of the cart for operations different from those intended
could result in a hazardous situation.
2.
Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite ac-
cidents.
3.
Fully assemble the cart according to the assembly instructions.
Do not leave off any pieces. Be sure to install the support braces to
maintain cart capacity.
4.
Keep children and bystanders away while loading, unloading, and
moving cart. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
5.
Lock wheels when cart is not being moved. Unlocked wheels can
allow the cart to move unexpectedly.
6.
Do not load, unload, or park cart on an incline. The cart may become
unbalanced and tip, resulting in injury.
7.
Do not exceed maximum shelf capacity. Overloaded carts can tip or
collapse.
8.
Always balance the cart load to avoid tipping. Unbalanced carts
are more likely to tip when being moved or when using the cart work
surfaces. Evenly distribute the weight front to back and side to side.
Place more than half the total load weight on the bottom shelf when
possible.

Secure all items before moving the cart. Loose items could shift,
causing the cart to become unstable.
10. Secure bottled gas using the Trade Titan Tank & Extinguisher Kit only.
Bottled gas must sit fl at on the front deck. Unsecured bottled gas could
tip or be dropped from the cart, causing fi re or explosion.
11. Only lift or tow the cart according to the instructions in this manual.
Other methods may be dangerous, resulting in injury.
12. Do not modify the cart in any way. Use only specifi cally recommended
accessories. Drilling holes or modifying the cart will lower the load
capacity, which can cause the cart to collapse, resulting in injury.
13. Maintain carts. Check for misalignment or binding wheels, breakage
of parts and any other condition that may affect the cart's operation.
Do not use damaged carts.
14. Maintain labels and nameplates. These carry important information.
If unreadable or missing, contact a MILWAUKEE service facility for a
free replacement.
15. Have your cart serviced by a qualifi ed repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the
cart is maintained.
