IV. OPERATION OF WINE COOLER
Your wine cooler has an electric temperature control on the front of the unit. You may program
of your wine cooler at any setting you desire. The temperature range varies from 11 to 18
degrees. When initially turned on, the display will show the ambient temperature and then the
internal cabinet temperature. The zone temperature may have a difference of 3℃ (5℉) from
setting depending on loading and ambient conditions. It is recommended you install the wine
cooler in a place where the ambient temperature is between 23º-26ºC/72º-78ºF. If the ambient
temperature is outside this range, the performance of the unit may be affected. Placing your unit
in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures fluctuation.
Recommended temperatures for chilling wine:
Red wines: 14-18°C/57-65°F
White wines: 9-14°C/49-58°F
Rosé wines: 10-11°C/51-53°F
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
You can display the temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius by pressing the °F/°C button.
You may change the temperature as you wish by pressing the UP or DOWN buttons on the
control panel. The set temperature will increase by 1ºF or 1ºC for each depression of the UP
button. The temperature will decrease by 1ºF or 1ºC for each depression of the DOWN button.
Once you have set the desired temperature, the display will flash for 5 seconds and then revert
to the internal cabinet temperature.
You can turn the interior light ON or OFF by pressing the
button.
When you press both UP and DOWN buttons for at least (3) three seconds, you get the
temperature readout either in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
NOTE: After you select your desired temperature the display will revert to show the current
temperature inside the cabinet, but it will gradually fall as it reaches your set temperature.
NOTE: The temperature displayed may deviate from your set temperature. The internal
temperature varies constantly due to the natural cooling cycle, the door being opened, the
introduction of new bottles, or air variations around the position of the thermostat. This is not a
sign of malfunction or failure of the drinks cooler.
