UNPACKING
his product requires assembly.

1. Carefully cut the box down the sides then remove the
machine and any accessories from the box. Make sure
that all items listed in the packing list are included.
NOTE: This machine is heavy and requires a mini-
mum of two people to lift. To avoid back injury, lift
with your legs and not your back.
2. Inspect the machine carefully to make sure no break-
age or damage occurred during shipping.
3. Do not discard packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the machine.
4. Grasp the handle on top of the machine frame. Pull
the handle up and back until it locks in place.
5. If any parts are damaged or missing, please call

NOTE: Do not start the pressure washer until the engine
has been filled with oil, all hoses are connected, and the
water is turned on. Running this machine without sufficient
oil will damage the engine; running this machine without
water will damage the high-pressure pump.
ATTACHING THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY
See Figure 2.
To attach the wheels to the pressure washer base:
1. Locate the axle, flat washers, hitch pins, and wheels.
Remove the hitch pin from the axle.
2. Slide the axle through the hole in the center of the
wheel then slide a washer over the axle.
3. Lift the machine and slide the axle/wheel/washer
combination into the wheel mounting hole in the
machine base as shown.
4. Push the hitch pin into the hole on the end of the axle
to secure the wheel assembly.
NOTE: The hitch pin should be pushed into the axle
until the center of the pin rests on top of the axle.
5. Repeat with the second wheel.
