Proper use
This AC/DC adapter is designed as external power supply for electrical equipment.
It may only be used indoors.
Installation
Please read and follow the instructions before first use.
Before first use please check the mains voltage to match the input voltage specified on the
power supply. Then check the output voltage, its polarity, the output current and power to
match the requirements of the equipment to be connected with.
The connection of the plug must be stable; twisting or bending of the cable should be avoided.
Provide adequate ventilation during operation. The adapter should not be covered or used
near the heating sources and may not be exposed to direct sunlight.
If your device is not used for a long time we recommend to disconnect the adapter from main
voltage in order to avoid any damage due to overvoltage for example (spikes, lightning).
Maintenance
For cleaning you may not use cleaning agents. Wipe with dry cloth. Disconnect the adapter
from the mains before cleaning.
Disposal
Electronic devices are hazardous waste and do not belong to the normal house waste. If the
device reached end of its life dispose it according to the applicable legal provisions of the
municipal collection points. Disposing in the domestic waste is not permitted.
