The present document, can solely be
used by Companies third parts
(different from Cooper Crouse-Hinds, S.A..)
that they have the following thing:

apparatuses according to annexed the III

Spain), granted by a ExNB and
additionally the opportune «Notification of
quality» of the productive processes of
these complete apparatuses according to

Director 94/9/CE granted by a ExNB, or -
Putting under the produced unit a ExB
with the purpose of obtainin «Certification
of Verification of the unit» according to
annexed the IX of Director 94/9/CE!

This explosion protected apparatu meets
the requeriment o IEC/EN 60079-1. It als
complies
with the EC Directive for"Apparatus and
protective systems for use in explosive
atmospheres" (94/9/EC)
It has been designed, manufactured and
tested in accordance to the state of the
art and according to EN29001 (ISO9001).
This apparatus are suitable for use in
explosive atmospheres, Zone 1 and 2 acc. to
IEC60079-10.

Assembly of electrical apparatuses,
Full field equipment
Inside surrounding the EJ's, electrical
apparatuses of cut mount and protection, of
control and control, tips, I sweep, etc. with the
purpose of obtaining the necessary complete
electrical equipment until 690V and 1200A.
The location of these electrical apparatuses
inside the EJ's, is due to make being based on
the following limitations:
1) Determination of the thermal
class of the apparatus

by calculation according to the dissipated
power of the mounted electrical components
inside the surrounding ones, as it follows:

2) Location of electrical
components inside surrounding
the EJ's
The electrical components inside surrounding
the EJ's must have such form that
minimamente assure free spaces equivalent to
20% free space in all the straight sections.
Additionally in the case of arranging baterias
inside the EJ's, these will not occupy more of
the 1/100 part of the free volume of the full
field equipment.
Individual test of the enclosures
In all and each one of the enclosures ones
once mechanized (to see suggestions o'clock
?) according to the customized necessities of
the electrical equipment to provide, they will
be put under a test of pressure (preferredly
static) of a duration of >10s >60s with the
following pressures:

After the test, the enclosures ones do not have
to present/display breakage nor permanent
sets that efecten to the way of explosion-proof
protection. The flat explosion-proof meetings
must maintain a minimum interstice of 0,2mm.
Marked of them full field equipment
For the marked one of the equipment it will
be come as it follows:
1) the existing labels like components of
the surrounding ones were eliminated,
and
2) it will be come to mark according to the
instructions of the ExNB, indicated in
certificaciónes obtained by the third parts,
according to annexed the III and I SAW or
VII or IX of the Director.

The full field equipment will have to be
accompanied by the following
documentation:
- Declaration EC of the manufacturer
- Instructions of use
