Mute (microphone off)
1 Press Mute to mute the microphone.
2 Press Mute once again to switch on the microphone.
Locking the keypad (cordless handset only)
If the keypad is locked, all keys except M1, M2, SOS and the Talk key are
locked so that you can call the direct call numbers or accept an incoming call.
During this call, the key lock is released, but it is activated again after the call
is ended.
1 In idle state press and hold the * key, until the symbol appears, to lock the
keypad.
2 For unlocking the keypad press and hold the * key until the symbol
disappears.
Paging (base phone only)
To find a mislaid handset, you can initiate a paging call on the base.
1 In idle state press the paging key
2 To cancel the paging press the key once again or press any key on the
handset.
Phonebook
Storing a new entry
1 Press Menu, select Phonebook and press Select.
2 Select New and press Select.
3 Enter the name and press Select.
4 Enter the telephone number and press Select.
5 Select a melody for this entry and press Save.
Dialing from the phonebook
1 Press .
2 Select an entry and press the Talk key.
Editing or deleting entries
1 Press Menu, select Phonebook and press Select.
2 Select Edit or Delete and press Select.
3 Select an entry (M1, M2, M3 = direct call keys) and press Select to edit or
to delete it.
