Editing or deleting direct call numbers
1 Press Menu, select Phonebook and press Select.
2 Select Edit or Delete and press Select.
3 Select the entry (M1/M2/SOS=M3), you want to edit or delete,
and press Select.
Internal call
1 Press .
2 Enter the number for the desired device.
Transfering a call / 3-party conference
1 You are conducting an external call and want to forward it internally or
establish a 3-party conference.
2 Press .
3 Enter the number for the desired device.
4 If the internal partner had answered, press the End call key to forward
the call, or the star key
5 If the internal partner does not answer, or if you want to cancel the
transfer, press
Note:
- If one of the participants leaves the conference, the others remain con-
nected.
Alarm
An active alarm is indicated in the display by the symbol.
1 Press Menu, select HS Settings and press Select.
2 Select Alarm and press Select.
3 Select On and press Select.
4 Enter the alarm time and press Next.
5 Select whether the Snooze function should be on or off and press Save.
6 When the alarm sounds, press any key to turn it off.
Note:
- If the snooze function is activated, the alarm is repeated at intervals of
approx. 11 minutes. To turn it off completety, press the End Call key.
- To deactivate an alarm, proceed as described above, then select Off in
step 3.
