Protective gloves should be worn and the edge protection, Mat. no. 05057680, should be used.
PW 610x, PW 613x, PW 616x, PW 620x preparation
A
Remove the machine lid; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Remove the rear panel; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Remove the mixer box cover from the upper rear panel; see Fig. 1.
A
Unclip and remove the drain hose; see Fig. 2.
A
Drill out the water recycling intake on the mixer box to a diameter of approx. 28 mm; see Fig. 3.
A
Remove any metal filings from the mixer box.
A
Install the water intake hose with hose clip on the mixer box connection stub and tighten the hose clip; see Fig. 4.
A
Install the cover with feed-through for the intake hose on the mixer box; see Fig. 5.
A
Install the drain hose on the mixer box and secure it with the hose clip.
PW 6241, PW 6321 preparation

Remove the machine lid; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Remove the rear panel; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Remove the mixer box cover from the machine's rear panel.
A
PW 6321 only: Shorten the suds container connection hose / connection strip X1 = 80mm; see Fig. 6.

Install the suds container connection hose / connection strip; see Fig. 6.

The hose to the connection strip must be shortened such that the dimension X2 = 28.5 mm; see Fig. 6

Remove the plug from the suds container.
A
Drill a 6 mm hole in the suds container for securing the hose holder. Distance from rolled seam X = 110 mm; see Fig.
7.

Lay the connection hose in the machine; see Fig. 8.
A
Install the bracket and the hose holder on the suds container; see Fig. 9.
A
Feed the cover plate through the opening in the connection strip and install it.
A
Secure the connection hose to the water intake hoses with cable ties; see Fig. 10.
PW 413, PW 418, PW 811, PW 814, PW 818 preparation

Remove the machine lid; see the model-specific TSD.

Remove the rear panel; see the model-specific TSD.

Remove the inlet valves (1) and disconnect their inlet hoses from the detergent dispenser; see Fig. 11.

Unclip and remove the drain hose from the mixer box; see Fig. 12.
A
Drill out the water recycling intake on the mixer box to a diameter of approx. 28 mm; see Fig. 13.
A
Remove any metal filings from the mixer box.
A
Punch the cutout (1) out of the upper rear panel and drill 4.5 mm holes at the corner points (2); see Fig. 14.
A
Install the inlet adapter feed-through and secure it with screws and sheet-metal nuts.
A
Install the water recycling inlet hose on the inlet adapter on the mixer box and secure it with a hose clip.
