Re-install the drain hose on the mixer box and secure it with a hose clip.

Re-install the inlet valves and reconnect the inlet hoses to the mixer box in accordance with the water flow plan.
Water recycling installation
NOTE
Danger of collapse.
The installation wall can collapse if it is too weak.

Before starting work, ensure that the wall can support the weight of the system. Tank weight is approx. 200 kg.
The fastenings supplied can be used for German concrete quality ≥ B 15 and solid brickwork German quality ≥ MZ 15.
For other wall types, appropriate fastenings must be provided on site.

Hold the mounting bracket as a template on the wall and mark the positions where holes must be drilled. Follow the
installation plan.

Drill 10mm-diameter holes.
A
Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the supplied or other fastenings; see Fig. 15.

Install M6x16 bolts in the top nuts.
A
Hang the tank in the top holes; see Fig. 16.
A
Install the 6 remaining screws; tighten all of the screws.
A
Fasten the pre-assembled angled hoses to the container cap with 32 - 50 mm hose clips; see Fig. 17.

Push the pipe connections (1) into the angled hoses and secure them with 32 - 50 mm hose clips; see Fig. 17.

Connect the connection hose with drain valve to the tank with a 40 - 60 mm hose clip.

Connect the angled drain hose to the drain valve and secure it with a 40 - 60 mm hose clip.

Connect the pipework between the machine and the water recycling system.
– Pipe connection to the washing machine (1), see Fig. 18.
– Pipe connection to the tank overflow (5), see Fig. 18.
– Pipe connection to the onsite drain system (DN 70) (6), see Fig. 18.
– Pipe connection to immersion pump connection to the tank (7), see Fig. 18.
Pipe (4) can be omitted if the filter assembly is installed behind the machine; see Fig. 18.

The hose supplied must be cut as necessary to suit the on-site conditions so that sections can be installed between
the tank, washing machine and filter assembly; see Fig. 19.

Secure the prepared hoses with hose clips.

Punch out the cutout on the machine rear panel appropriate for the wiring harness and insert a cable feed-through.

Connect the tank's drain valve, the immersion pump and the filter assembly's drain valve to multifunction module
MF03 or MF05 (depending on model) and to the terminal strips in the machine in accordance with the wiring
diagram.

Check all water connections and paths for leaks and carry out a test run.

Re-install the rear panel.
A
Reinstall the machine lid.
