1. Explanation of Warning Symbols and Notes
Warning
This symbol is used to indicate safety instructions or to draw your
attention to speci c hazards and risks.
2. Package Contents

3. Safety Notes
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating, and
only use it in a dry environment.
• Do not use the product in areas where the use of electronic
devices is not permitted.
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major
shocks.
• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the
warranty.
• Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children due to
the risk of suffocation.
• Dispose of packaging material immediately according to locally
applicable regulations.
Warning – Batteries
• Immediately remove and dispose of dead batteries from
the product.
• Only use batteries (or rechargeable batteries) that match the
speci ed type.
• When inserting batteries, note the correct polarity (+ and -
markings) and insert the batteries accordingly. Failure to do
so could result in the batteries leaking or exploding.
• Do not charge batteries.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Do not short circuit the batteries/rechargeable batteries and
keep them away from uncoated metal objects.
4. Getting Started
4.1 Inserting the battery
• Remove the safety lm if necessary as well as the contact
breaker and insert the batteries with the correct polarity. The
clock is ready for operation.
5. Mounting
You can mount the alarm clock on a wall using the opening on
the back.

Warning – Mounting Note
• Before mounting the clock, ensure that the chosen wall is
suitable for the weight to be mounted, and make sure that
there are no electrical wires, water, gas or other lines at the
installation site on the wall.
• Purchase special fastening materials from specialised dealers.
6. Operation
6.1 Setting the time
• Turn the setting wheel on the back in the direction indicated by
the arrow to set the current time (hours/minutes).
• To set the seconds, remove the battery to stop the seconds.
• Put the battery back in to start the seconds hand again at the
right second.
6.2 Alarm clock
• Move the setting wheel on the back of the alarm clock in the
direction of the arrow to set the appropriate alarm time. The
hand for the alarm time moves in an anticlockwise direction.
• Move the ON/OFF sliding switch on the back to ON to enable
the alarm. An alarm will sound at the set alarm time.
• Move the sliding switch to OFF to disable the alarm.
7. Care and Maintenance
• Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and
do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
• Make sure that water does not get into the product.
