Pressure Cooking Seafood: To achieve best results when cooking seafood,
please refer to the below tips and hints:
1. Always leave at least 2 inches from the top rim to prevent overflowing.
2. Smaller types of seafood, such as clams and shrimp, do not take long to
cook, therefore, it's best to add these types of seafood to a dish during the
last few minutes of cooking.

2. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of oil into the removable cooking pot.
3. Add the water and rice ratios needed and any other desired ingredients into
the removable cooking pot.
4. Close and lock the lid of the unit by properly aligning the handles and turning
the lid counterclockwise. Set pressure regulator knob to PRESSURE.
5. Press the WHITE RICE program which will show a preset time of 10 minutes.
If you need to adjust the time, press the + or – buttons to adjust timing and
then press the START/STOP button once to begin cooking.
