Assembly

Depending on the configuration, the workbench consists of various
components, e. g. support legs, unit shell (e.g. for drawer units) and

optional accessories which have to be assembled.
The worktop is provided with holes only for the standard arrangement of
support legs and drawer unit shells. If the arrangement of support legs and
drawer unit shells is non-standard, the necessary holes must be drilled in
the worktop.

Assembly example

The following assembly is based on the example of a GARANT KOMBI
workbench.
4.2.1

Preparation for assembly

Secure the erection location for the workbench.

Make sure that the floor, on which the workbench will be erected,

is level, clean and dry.
If necessary for protection

surface, place an underlay
(a) on the floor.
Place the worktop on the

floor with the working
surface facing downwards
so that the "Front"
sticker (b) is visible and at
the front.

Mount the support legs to the worktop

If the assembly position is non-standard:

If necessary, mark out the non-standard holes.

Drill the holes.

Place the support leg(s)

precisely over the pre-drilled
holes and screw them on.
For fitting the rear panel

and/or storage shelf: Screw
the support legs on, but do
not fully tighten them.
If necessary, fit the further

support leg in the same way.
For reasons of stability, when two support legs with a worktop or also
mobile support legs are installed, this should be in conjunction with
shelves, a rear panel or a stabilising plate.
