Use the following information and our FAQs (frequently asked ques
tions) on our website to rectify faults yourself: www.veroval.info
Before you return the tracker for repairs or replacement, please check
whether the battery is flat and if it is, please charge it.
Error message
Not all measured data was
transferred.
I cannot connect the track
er with my Smartphone/
Tablet.
Remedy
If you have synchronised the tracker with the
app in the last 30 days, previously measured
data was overwritten. Synchronise the tracker
at least every 30 days.
Check the compatibility of your Smart
phone or Tablet (see 'Compatible devices',
page 102).
Switch the Bluetooth
Smartphone off and then on again.
Commence the connection procedure on
your tracker again.
