Cleaning information
Clean the device with a soft cloth

moistened with lukewarm water.

Make sure that neither the display nor the
inside of the device gets damp or wet.
Do not spray any liquids onto the device.

Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents
such as paint thinner, gasoline, abrasive
cleaner, or solutions containing acid or
alkali.
Do not use any hard, rough or sharp-
f
edged objects that could damage the
housing or display.
Installation notes
The installation location must be a rigid
f
surface of sufficient stability and with as
little vibration as possible. The vehicle
manufacturer is responsible for compli-
ance with the legal requirements.
Install the receiver station and its cabling
f
in such a way that the driver's ability to
see or to reach the vehicle's operating
elements is not impaired, and so that no
obstacle or danger is presented to other
members of the crew or passengers.

Install the receiver station in such a way
that there is enough room for the
antennas to be vertical.
Lay the cables that carry audio signals
f
separately from the cables that bring
power to the device, in order to avoid
malfunctions or interference on the
transmission lines.
After installation, the connecting cables
f
must be fixed in such a way that no forces
can act on the connectors.

Do not install the receiver station close to

sources of heat.
The ventilation holes of the receiver
f
station must not be covered. Convection/
ventilation must be assured.
Intended use
The Coach WirelessMicrophone System is a
cordless FM radio microphone system for
installation in coaches with 12 V or 24 V
on-board power supplies for announcements
by the tour guide.

4-channel and 16-channel variants
The 4-channel variant of the Coach Wireless-
Microphone System is not compatible with the
16-channel variant. The microphone of the
4-channel variant and of the 16-channel
variant must always be used with the respec-
tive receiver station.
