Initial Steps
Charger
Select the plug adapter specific to the country and
place it on the charger.

Light Guide/Handpiece
Place the glare shield on the front of the device.
Autoclave the light guide prior to first use.
Then attach the light guide to the handpiece until it
noticeably locks into place (see Section "Removing
and Inserting the Light Guide from/into the Hand-
piece").
If the device malfunctions, insert the charger plug
into the charging socket of the handpiece. The device
will reset itself and can then be used again.
