Troubleshooting
If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If the problems
cannot be solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.
Problem / error code
The LED does not come
on when unit is plugged
in.
Heating stops suddenly
during operation and hear
a beep every second.
E2/E4/E5/EB
Noise during operation
Because of the induction technology, following noises can occur during operation:
Noise
Meaning
Humming
Caused by induction and increases when the power is set on higher level.
Crackle
Caused by vibration of the cookware bottom during heating
Fan noise
The fan protects the product from overheating. The noise increases with the power
level. After turning off the product, the fan will still operate for some minutes to
cool down the product.

Possible causes
No power supplied
Pan type is wrong.
Pot diameter is too small.
Failure of the
temperature sensor
Solution
• Check to see if plug is secured tightly in
outlet and that outlet is working.
• Use a proper pot
(refer to the instruction manual.)
• Switch off the product and contact the
authorized service.
