Concerning certain groups of persons

This appliance can be used by children aged 8
„
or older and persons with impaired physical, sen-
sory or mental abilities, or insufficient experience
or knowledge, providing they are supervised or
have been instructed in the proper use of the
appliance and understand the risks involved.
Packing material and small parts must not

be used as toys. There is risk of asphyxiation.

Children must not perform cleaning or user

maintenance tasks without supervision. Child-
ren must not play with the appliance.
Children under the age of 8 years should be

kept away from the appliance and the connec-
tion cord whilst the appliance is switched on,
plugged in at the socket or cooling down.
People with sensory problems, especially

with reduced sensitivity to temperature diffe-
rences, must use great caution when working
with this appliance.
About hot steam
!
WARNING!
Hot steam and hot surfaces! Danger of scalding.
Never direct the steam jet at persons,
„
animals or plants. Always point the steam jet
downwards towards the surface to be cleaned.
Take care that parts of your body never get into
the steam jet.
Do not direct the steam jet at electrical
„
appliances, sockets, cables, etc. There is a risk of
electric shock.
The appliance produces steam under pres-
„
sure. Even after you have switched off the appli-
ance, hot steam will be available for approx. 30
more minutes. Release excess steam right after
switching off by pressing the handheld steam
trigger (Fig. /

Do not use the appliance to clean pressure
