HOW TO FILL WITH WATER
Make sure that the appliance is
disconnected from the mains.
Raise the cap valve (V) in order
to let out any remaining steam
and unscrew the cap in an
anticlockwise direction.
Only use water, maximum 1,5
litres.
Screw on the cap and lower the
valve (V).
GENERATOR START-UP
Connect the appliance to a mains
outlet. Press the power ON switches
to turn on the steam generator
and the iron. The indicator light D
will switch on to confirm that the
appliance is working.
Wait a few minutes until the indicator
light D switches off, and then you
may select the steam setting to iron.
NB: during use the warning light D
will switch on and off several times;
this light can be ignored while the
appliance is in use.

STEAM IRONING

Steam ironing is possible when the
fabric knob is facing thee
Wool Cotton, Linen
position.
Press the button to get steam.
By pushing the small button forward
(steady steam), you can iron with a
continuous flow of steam.

EMPTYING THE BOILER

It is not necassary to empty
the boiler after each use. At
the following usage, switch the
generator on again - add water
only after light E as come on. To
empty the boiler you must make
sure that it is no longer under
pressure; to check lift up the
handle on the lid (V).
Now unscrew with the appropriate
wrench the metal lid which is
located on the lower part of the
board.
Carry out this operation while the
table is open, so that it cannot
be damaged by water. Place a
container on the ground below the
board to collect the draining water.
Don't carry out this operation on
surfaces which might be damaged
(wood, carpet etc)...
Be sure to close the metal lid
carefully before reusing the
machine.
HEATING AND ASPIRATION
Mod. 900 and 950
While ironing it is best to keep the
board surface heating on and to
periodically operate the aspirator.
The heating of the board surface
keeps he cloth surface dry and
improves the quality of the ironing.
Operating the aspirator eliminates
excess steam. Model 900 allows
the selection of Acontinuous
aspiration (switch C).
MOD. 900 plus - 950 plus
The Ironing Board is endowed
with an electronic card that acts in
order to turn on automatically the
ventilator.
The electronic card turns on the
ventilator every time that the user
asks for the steam by pushing the
button of the iron, and it turns it off
automatically after some seconds.
The suction function allows an
excellent ironing, by maintaining
the fabrics adherent to the
board and by contributing to the
steam passing through the fabrics
themselves. The delayed turning off
of the ventilator allows the elimination
of the exceeding steam. The
Ironing Board is endowed with a
controlled temperature pre-heated
board too.
Only Model 950 and 950 plus
Use Asoft blow mode (dial C in
upper position) to iron the most
delicate fabrics, such as silk. Using
the pedal appropriately, you will
be ironing on an air cushion. The
fabricsurface will thus not become
ashiny.
