17. Maintenance and care
The fitting must be checked and maintained at regular intervals depending on the
water quality and in accordance with the local conditions and rules and regulations
applicable at the site.
Use suitable cleaning agents which do not attack the fitting in a proper manner and
rinse with water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.
Removing the cover plate
For some maintenance tasks, the cover plate must be removed.
17.1 Release the grub screw.
17.2 Remove the cover plate.
17.3 Close the water quantity regulator.

Screw the water volume regulator as far as it will go.
Caution!
Do not remove the locking ring.
17.4 Trigger the flush.
18. Replacing the solenoid valve cartridge
18.1 Remove the cover plate (see
18.2 Release the cable connection between the solenoid valve cartridge and the
electronic module.
18.3 Remove the solenoid valve cartridge using the spanner (flush stopper).
18.4 Reassemble in reverse order.

Important!
Take care when tightening the solenoid valve cartridge.

Keep the flush stoppers in the wall mounting box in order to remove the solenoid
valve cartridge.
