OVL
This alarm is only signalled if the amplifier controlled by the A.C.U. is equipped with an auxiliary alarm contact which is swit-
ched to closed when a protection device intervenes or when the equipment functions abnormally, and drives a dedicated
input of the A.C.U. (see the section OVL FUNCTION). If the A.C.U. has been configured with the MODE=AUTO option, ac-
tivation of this alarm causes the automatic disactivation of the amplifier controlled by the unit and insertion of a backup am-
plifier, where present, or a BACKUP A.C.U. if the backup amplifier is also controlled by a RB 3300 back-amplifier board (see
the section USING THE "ACU" MENU). When the alarm is active, the symbol X is shown in the field.
RST
Indicates an alarm caused by the reset of the board's microprocessor for reinitializing its operation ("watchdog" function).
When the alarm is active, the symbol X is shown in the field.
FBK
This alarm is only signalled if the A.C.U. is equipped with the optional SB 3320 FAULT DETECTOR board. It indicates a "fi-
re-break" alarm, which is generated when, by means of the opening of a contact connected to the SB 3320 board (e.g. con-
tact of a pushbutton), the normal transmission of the audio signal is interrupted in order to transmit an emergency signal
with absolute priority coming from a source not connected to the audio matrix of the system (see the section FIRE-BREAK
FUNCTION).
24V
Indicates an alarm caused by the lack of 24 V power supply voltage to the A.C.U.. When the alarm is active, the symbol X
is shown in the field.
12V
Indicates an alarm caused by the lack of 13.5 V power supply voltage to the A.C.U.. When the alarm is active, the symbol
X is shown in the field.
ALC
This indication does not represent an alarm but is provided only if the A.C.U. is equipped with the optional LB 3340 DIGI-
TAL ALC board. It indicates the intervention of the circuit present on the LB 3340 used for automatic correction of the out-
put level. When this intervention takes place, the symbol X is shown in the field; the indication varies slowly (approximately
1 variation per minute).
KO
Indicates an alarm caused by the removal of the A.C.U. (e.g. for repairs). In this condition, the A.C.U. no longer communi-
cates with the CP 3100 control unit, and control of all the other alarm causes is suspended. To use the previously removed
unit again, the system must be reconfigured as described in the section STORING A CONFIGURATION. When the alarm is
active, the symbol X is shown in the field.
The first screen only shows the first 7 fields (REV, COM, LFT, PAF, OVL, RST, FBK) of the first 3 A.C.U.s. To display the next field, press →; to
display the previous field, press ←.
