Pump
The Compact4pool pump is practically maintenance-free. If you would like to clean the pump, or dismantle it for other reasons, always remove the
plug from the socket first.
1 Disconnect the inlet and outlet couplings (E & R), and unscrew the connection (I) between the filter housing and the pump (J).
2 Unscrew the black plastic nuts (L) from the bracket (K) and remove the bracket from the support (M) (see drawing 3).
3 Open the filter housing and click the filter housing loose from the support using a flat screwdriver.
4 After removing the four screws on the pump head, it is possible to open and clean the pump housing of the Compact4pool pump (see drawing 5).
The pump wheel forms an integrated unit with the rotor, and can be removed. These components have been manufactured in a high-quality,
but brittle ceramic material (breakage hazard!). No lubricants should be applied. The electric motor is encapsulated and must never be
dismantled! If in doubt with regard to the connection, consult a recognized fitter.
5 Clean the Compact4pool under running water (do not use a high-pressure cleaner or aggressive cleaning agents). The plug and the UV-C lamp
should never become wet! Reassemble the pump after cleaning and tighten the screws cross-wise onto the pump housing.
6 Tighten the couplings (E & R) and couple the transparent connecting piece (S) between the filter housing and the pump.
