CAUSE
Connect the plug to a power outlet meeting the
technical specifi cations given on the data plate "D".
Position the main on/off switch "M" on "I".
Fill tank "L" with water.
Insert a capsule in the capsule compartment "B".
After one unsuccessful brewing attempt, with the
same capsule inserted properly in the capsule com-
partment "B", lift the lever "A", the capsule will be
expelled, close the compartment to dispense a small
amount of water, reopen the compartment "A", in-
sert the capsule again, lower the top until it locks in

coffee capsules for domestic use" which appears
on the package and not capsules for professional
use, identifi ed by the wording "For professional use
only".
Start the machine by touching a coffee button and
wait until it is ready to brew, when both coffee but-
tons are steadily lit.
