PLANCHA GRIDDLE
It is important to keep the griddle surface clean from all residues, also during use. For this it is important to keep the griddle
always covered with food and lubricants of room temperature (food oil, fat, butter etc.). Leftovers can be pushed into the liquid
tray so that the griddle surface is used in perfect condition. At the end of your cooking session, and after it has entirely cooled, go
over it with an oily paper towel to keep the surface seasoned and to avoid oxidation.
We recommend to clean the plancha griddle and the liquid container with a mild cream cleaner on a non-abrasive pad at least
once a week .
In case the burners do not operate well after such cleaning procedure (yellow or excessively high flame), it is necessary to inspect
the injectors and their connections. If the symptoms persist, you need to dismantle the plancha barbecue in order to discard resi-
dues that may have got locked inside the combustion areas. We recommend to have this done by an authorized specialist.
If the plancha barbecue is not in use, close the gas valve at the gas bottle, and if you store the plancha barbecue inside, disconnect
the gas bottle as it needs to be stored outside in a well-ventilated area. If you do not disconnect the plancha barbecue from the gas
bottle, both plancha and gas bottle need to be stored outside in a well-ventilated area.
Gas bottles need to be stores outside in a well-ventilated area. Keep young children away.
