Preparation
Prepare the fruit and vegetables so that they can be easily pushed through the applian-
ce's filling channel.
The quality of the fruit and the vegetables is decisive for the quality of the juice.
Please ensure that you always purchase fresh fruit and vegetables. Always wash the fruit
and vegetables thoroughly to remove any plant protective agents.
Please note that fruit which has a tendency to go soft is not suitable for dejuicing, e.g.:
soft pears, bananas, cooked apples, plums and similar malaceous fruit. The porridge-like
substance left after dejuicing these fruits can clog the drain and lead to blockages.
Assembly the appliance
Please ensure that the motor is switched off when fitting the parts.
1. Place juice tray (E) onto the motor base (G).
2. Insert the centrifugal sieve (D) onto the coupling flange. Then press lightly onto the
base of the sieve to ensure that this is correctly inserted into the coupling piece.
3. Replace casing lid (A) and affix using the closing brackets (B).
4. Insert pulp container (I).
5. Switch on the motor (H). Apply a little pressure to push the prepared fruit and vege-
tables evenly through the filling funnel using the food pusher (A).
ATTENTION:
• Never reach into the filling funnel with your hand. Only push the food which is to be
processed using the food pusher.
• In case of any vibration or a significant drop in the number of revolutions, switch off
the motor immediately and remove the residues.
After dejuicing, switch off motor and wait until the motor has completely stopped. If you
do not want to continue dejuicing, rinse the pulp container, lid, sieve, juice tray and filling
funnel with lukewarm water.
If necessary, remove any residues using a soft brush.
After use, the cable can be wrapped around the cable tidy on the bottom of the applian-
ce.
