7. Remove the espresso cup and slowly remove the funnel bracket (I), which could gra-
dually reduce the pressure of the filter (K) and avoid spilling everywhere of the coffee.
Finally clean any residues in the filter (K) and the anti drip tray (F) completely.
How to operate to froth milk
8. Repeat the above procedure 1 and 2.
9. Unfold the handle of the funnel bracket from the recess, then detach the funnel
bracket (I) clockwise.
10. Repeat the above procedure 4.
11. Press the steam button (U), the steam light (T) will be flashing. Now slight water will
be coming out of the steam duct (D).
12. During period of awaiting steam generation, prepare the fresh milk. Firstly tip the
appropriate fresh milk to a container. When the coffee light (Q) comes out, the machi-
ne is now ready for frothing milk.

Operation and use
Put the espresso cups (100 ml) in the middle of
the anti drip tray (F).
6. Press down brewing button (R( to commence
brewing coffee. To stop and continue the
brewing, just press down the brewing button (R)
again. Once the coffee light (Q) comes on, it
alerts the operator the water temp has become
lower and unsuitable for the brewing any longer,
now please press down brewing button (R) to
stop the brewing.

ATTENTION:
Commence to brew coffee only after the coffee
light (Q) has been out, and stop the brewing
once the coffee light (Q) comes on.
13.Press the steam ON switch (V), wait for several
seconds to let the water accumulated in the
steam duct (D) run out for cleaning purpose.
Then press down the steam OFF switch (W) to
terminate the cleaning process.
14.Rotate steam duct (D) outwards closing to the
right door. Then move the container to the steam
duct (D) and locate this stesam duct (D) in the
middle of this container, and immerse the bottom
end of the duct deep into the fresh milk as well.
