15. Press down the steam ON switch (V) to commence the frothing.
ATTENTION:
When milk foam starts to create, operator should lower down somewhat the coantai-
ner so as to keep the favorable frothing effects and avoid any foam likely from over-
flowing out of the mouth of the container.
After achieving the expected frothing, press down the steam OFF switch (W) to turn
off the steam.
16. Rotate the steam duct (D) inwards, and repeat the above procedure step 13 for clea-
ning purpose.
17. Press power button (P) to disconnect the power, pour the waste water in the anti drip
tray(F). At last replace water tray and close the door.
Useful advice for obtaining a good italian espresso
The ground coffee in the filter ring must be lightly pressed. A strong or less strong coffee
depends on the degree of grinding of the coffee and by the quantity of it placed in the fil-
ter ring. Just a few seconds is the all the time neccessary for the coffee to flow into the
cups. If the outflow time is longer it means that the grinding is too fine or that it has been
pressed too much.
