It is recommended to begin at a moderate speed and to
gradually increase if necessary.
During use, make sure that no foreign objects are present
which could get caught in the rotating parts or be projected
dangerously outwards.
Always hold the olive shaker with both hands in order to
avoid jerking movements.
ALWAYS KEEP THE COOLING SLOTS ON THE
MOTOR'S BODY CLEAN AND FREE OF
OBSTRUCTIONS.
ATTENTION
Make sure that no electrical/high voltage cables
are present within the operating area.
Contact with such elements could cause serious personal
injury or even death.
ADJUSTING THE POSITION OF THE MACHINE
Put on the strap and attach the machine to it using the hook (14).
Adjust the buckle (15) so that the machine rests at a proper
height.
Adjust the support bracket (16) so that the olive shaker is as
balanced as possible with the motor.
- For the user instructions for the blower see the specific
instruction manual which comes supplied with the machine.
- Make sure that protective clothing is worn. See the "SAFETY
STANDARDS" chapter.
- Inspect the surrounding area: NEVER BLOW MATERIAL
TOWARDS OTHER PEOPLE !!
- The device is capable of projecting small objects upwards at
high speeds.
- Work slowly with good concentration and only in the
presence of good light and visibility.

BLOWER
It is recommended to use the machine from the right hand
side of the body. This allows for the exhaust fumes to flow
out freely without being obstructed by the operator's clothing.
If this is the user's first time using the machine, make sure
that an initial training period is carried out. Always inspect
the machine carefully before each use. Make sure that there
are no loose screws, damaged parts or fuel leaks. Check
the status of the anti-vibration system periodically. Avoid
using the machine for excessively long periods of time
as its vibrations could lead to damage.
Put on the strap and attach the machine. Always keep both
hands on the grip while the machine is in function and use it
as illustrated in the photograph above.
STARTING AND MAINTAINING THE MOTOR
(See the motor's instruction manual)
Once the motor has been started, let it idle for a few seconds.
The olive shaker's spheres SHOULD NOT TURN while the
motor is idling.
If this is not the case, reduce the motor's speed to minimum.
While working it is recommended to use the "throttle control".
ATTENTION.
The torque limiter can be overloaded if the throttle is
maintained at maximum.
This is disadvantageous as it only leads to increased noise,
more vibrations transmitted to the operator and increased
fuel consumption.
ATTENTION
When the torque limiter stars up, it generates a
tapping noise from the container (see Fig. A - page 17).
Pay attention to whether the torque limiter (Fig. A - page
17) starts up frequently during function.
If so, adjust the torque limiter by following the instructions
on pages 17-18.
SHUTTING OFF THE MOTOR
Release the throttle, let the motor idle for a few seconds in
order to gradually cool the machine and then set the power
switch to "0" (See the motor's instruction manual)
- Work carefully. Do not put other people at risk.
The ACTIVE blower should be used with the round tube tip
for irregular terrain or else with the flat tube tip for flat
surfaces covered with sawdust, leaves or cut grass and
similar materials, in such a way so that the air is always
properly aimed and controlled.
