Safety measures for handling the cutting blade
1. OBSERVE ALL WARNINGS and instructions for
operating and fitting the cutting blade.
2. The cutting blade can kick back off objects if it is
not able to cut through them or mow them. This
can result in injuries to arms and legs. Make sure
that bystanders and animals remain at least 15 m
away from the working area in all directions. If the de-
vice comes into contact with foreign bodies then stop
the motor immediately and bring the cutting blade to
a standstill. Check the blade for damage. Always re-
place the blade if bent or torn.

OBJECTS WITH CONSIDERABLE FORCE. This
can cause blindness or injuries. Wear eye, face and
leg protection. Always remove objects from the wor-
king area before you insert the cutting blade. Make
sure that bystanders and animals remain at least 15
m away from you in all directions.
