CHAPTER: USE
PRESCRIPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
KEEPING PHARMACEUTICALS, GLASS BOTTLES OR FLASKS in the cabinet is strictly for-
bidden as they could get broken and entail a safety hazard (fig. 13).
Do not remove covers or panels that require the use of tools, except for the condenser
guard, which needs to be removed to clean the condenser. MOST OF ALL DO NOT
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC CONTROL BOARD COVER.
Do not expose the equipment to atmospheric agents.
Do not use direct or indirect water jets on cabinet. Do not touch the equipment with
damp or wet hands or feet; do not use it while barefoot.
ATTENTION: The refrigerating system causes no chemical change in the defrost water
produced by the cabinet, which is merely the result of the moisture contained in the air
circulating inside. Defrost water may however mix with pollutants resulting from the
nature of the products stored, the preservation conditions thereof and possibly also
from residues or accidentally broken liquid containers, or from the use of unauthorized
cleaning agents. THE WATER PRODUCED BY THE REFRIGERATING SYSTEM OR USED
FOR CLEANING THE SAME MUST THEREFORE BE DISPOSED OF THROUGH THE SEWER
OR PURIFICATION SYSTEM IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS IN FORCE.
ANY OTHER USE NOT EXPLICITLY MENTIONED IN THIS BOOKLET MUST BE CONSID-
ERED AS HAZARDOUS. THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
RESULTING FROM IMPROPER, INCORRECT OR UNREASONABLE USE.
