Attaching The Seat
If the seatforyourtractorwasnot attached at the factory,referto the following
steps.
NOTE: Forshippingreasons, seatsareeitherfastened to the tractorseat'spivot
bracket w ith a plastic tie, or mountedbackward to the pivotbracket. I neithercase,
freethe seatfrom its shipping positionandremove the adjustment k nobfrom the
bottomofseatbeforeproceeding with the instructions below.

Asalreadyinstructed, r emove the seatadjustmentknobinstalledbythe
factoryin the bottomofthe seat.See"a"inFigure 4.

Slidethe seatrearwardin the seatpivotbracket(c),liningup the center
rearslotinthe pivot bracket w ith the remainingholeinthe seat's base.See
Figure S.
Note: Becertainthe two seattabsengauge the pivot bracket a sshownin
the bottominsetof Figure 5.

bottomof the seat.Slidethe seatforwardor backward asdesired. R einstall

Tire Pressure
Maximum tire pressure u nder anycircumstances is30 psi.Equal t ire pressure
shouldbe maintained at all times. Neverexceedthe maximum inflation
)ressure shown on the sidewallof the tire.
The recommended
operating t irepressure is:
Approximately 10psi f ortherear tires
Approximately 14psi f orthefronttires
IMPORTANT: Referto the tire sidewallfor exacttire manufacturer's
recommended or maximumpsi. Donot overinflate.Uneventire
pressurecouldcausethe cuttingdeckto mowunevenly.
